Fee guidance
Engagement fees reflect channel count, payment products in scope, sample size, and whether fieldwork is on-site. Figures below are starting points for planning, not a public tariff.
How we price
Most work is quoted as a fixed engagement fee after a scoping call. Hourly rates appear only for narrow advisory follow-ups after an audit memorandum is issued.
Starting ranges (THB, exclusive of VAT)
| Engagement | Typical starting range | What moves the fee |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile banking financial audit | 650,000 – 1,800,000 | Extra channels, FX and card modules, dual legal entities |
| Release readiness financial review | from 180,000 | Number of financial change tickets in the train |
| Settlement reconciliation audit | 420,000 – 950,000 | Rails in scope and daily volume band |
| Fee disclosure assurance | 220,000 – 480,000 | Size of the product fee catalogue |
Estimate factors
- Number of iOS / Android / tablet skins that present different fee copy
- Whether test environments mirror production posting maps
- Evidence lag from switches and card processors
- Need for on-site work outside Greater Bangkok
- Rush timing tied to a Bank of Thailand submission
What is not included
Statutory financial statement audit of the bank, penetration testing, software licences, and travel outside Thailand are quoted separately or declined.
Deposits
A 30% mobilisation deposit confirms calendar holds. The balance is due on delivery of the final memorandum, subject to our refund terms.
